Price Policy

Éclat & Garnet have the right to adjust the prices of our items from time to time. All prices listed on this site are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR). If for some reason there may have been a price mistake, we have the right to not process your order. Shipping cost will be charged depending on the customer's destination and will be added automatically and will displayed at the checkout.

Agreement

You agree that you will be responsible for your activity in this site. If we notice that you are or have been related in prohibited activities or violated our Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this website on temporary or permanent basis. If you violate Terms and Conditions and we take no action against you, we will be entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you violate the Terms and Conditions.

When you register on our site, which means you agree that we can send our updates and promotional emails. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, please click on unsubscribe button.

Promotional Discount Codes

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These are the Terms and Conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from Éclat & Garnet and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

Order

You can submit an order for products to Éclat & Garnet by completing the details required on the order summary page and clicking the “Add to cart” button. All prices are reflected in IDR and include VAT where applicable, excluding delivery and handling fee to locations in Indonesia. Goods supplied are not for resale. We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available, the order reflects current pricing.

Availabilities of our products are as displayed on the products details. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved as products in high demand may sell out really quickly. You have to proceed to checkout and place your order to make sure your order is processed.

Make sure you check your order before confirming it. You cannot change items or add more items to your shopping bag ONCE you have checked them out. We cannot modify/add the products for you. 

Acceptance Order

We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), we will email you to advise you of the change. You will then need to resubmit your order. 

Payment

Payment via bank transfer and credit card (Master Card and VISA) are acceptable for order via this site.

For standard delivery we will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is dispatched for delivery to you. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any).

Order is final once payment is made. It is adviced to keep your transaction proof, just in case. You will received an email of your invoice once your order has been successfully placed. After confirming the payment you will received another email notification. If payment has not been made within 1x24 hour, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will have to resubmit your order. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will received an email notification as well.

Shipping Guide

Éclat & Garnet ship nationship and worldwide.

- Delivery to Jakarta will take about 1-3 business days for regular service and 1 day for express service. 

- Delivery to outside Jakarta will take about 1-4 business days depending on the destination cities and 1 day for express service. Please note not all of the cities has express shipping.

- International shipping will takes 3-14 days depending on the area

- Delay might occurs during public holiday.

Shipping Methods

We use following courier service :

1. Domestic

We ship nationship to all cities in Indonesia. We use JNE Shipping Company (www.jne.co.id). We offer two options delivery : Regular Service (REG) and Express Service (YES).

2. International

We ship worldwide. We use EMS POS INDONESIA (ems.posindonesia.co.id).

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on weekdays only. Goods will be sent within' 1-2 days working hours after the payment confirmed. Order confirmation on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday will be processed the next day on our working hours. There is no delivery on Sunday and public holiday. Customers will received the email once the orders has been sent.

Modify and Cancel Order

We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Please review your order before confirming it. Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it is final and has already been processed for delivery.
